DO NOT FEAR & DON'T BE AFRAID: "For I Am Your GOD" The Failed Governmental Takeover By Evil Forces...

Fear can be the awesomeness of God’s presence; as well as a frightening experience of GOD’s actions. For example, whenever we read in the bible or scriptures. The angel or the messenger of the LORD says; “ Fear Not.” “ '' Be not discouraged,” The angel and/or the messenger is basically like a commander or military/governmental squad leader putting you at ease; saying “ All Is Well; aka, At Ease...or As You Were.”

The fear (yirah) of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding [ insight-flows from YHWH gut/character to your gut/character ]; Proverbs 9:10 (KJV)

An Ambassador, An Angel, A Messenger's jobs and tasks are to bring us good news on behalf of the government-not fear or chaos; but good news.

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for see—I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people: Luke 2:10 Fear is an abstract concept, but the Hebrew words translated as "fear" have a more concrete definition behind them. The first root we will examine is פחד pahhad [H:6342]. Fear (pahhad - noun)) came upon me, and trembling, and caused all my bones to shake (pahhad - verb). Job 4:14 Dread came upon me and trembling, which made all my bones shake. Job 4:14 In this verse, the word "fear" is the noun פחד pahhad [H:6343] meaning "shaking," while the word "shake" is the verb פחד pahhad [H:6342] meaning "to shake." The second Hebrew root is ירא yara [H:3372]. In the following verse, we will see that this verb means "fear" in the sense of what we would consider fear. And he said, I heard your voice in the garden and I feared (yarah) because I was naked and I hid myself. Genesis 3:10 He said, “I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.” Genesis 3:10 In the next verse, we see the same Hebrew word in a more positive context. You will revere (yarah)Yahweh your Elohiym and you will serve him and in his name you will swear. Deuteronomy 6:13 The Lord your God you shall fear; him you shall serve, and by his name alone you shall swear. Deuteronomy 6:13

The fear (yirah) of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding [ insight-flows from YHWH gut/character to your gut/character ]Proverbs 9:10 (KJV)

Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ Isaiah 41:10

Hebraic truth within the bible: there are 10 verses/scriptures in the bible which says; “Don’t Be Afraid.” is followed by “DON’T BE DISCOURAGED” Why? GOD wants us to always have faith in Him and in His process.

The Lord is for me; I will not fear; What can man do to me? Psalm 118:6

The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom should I fear? The Lord is the defense of my life; Whom should I dread? Psalm 27:1

God is our refuge and strength, A very ready help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth shakes. And the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Psalm 46:1-2

  • Whatever puts fear in us also discourages us, all good governments should instill faith and good faith in all its citizens. We are doing our best to get rid of chaos & to re-establish good order.

  • Fearful people are weak, timid and their “fear” discourages other people, fearful people do not operate in FAITH; but fear.

  • On the other hand, faithful people are happy people, content in good or bad times-they encourage the discouraged, faithful people speak words of truth; and their actions are validated with noticeable actions.

FEAR NOT is having faith in GOD to remove the FOCUS off of all fear.

There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment, & the one who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18

The fear of the LORD is to hate evil.. Proverbs 8:13 KJV

  • FEAR means Forget Everything And Run versus

FEAR NOT: promotes FACE EVERYTHING AND RISE. Choose Wisely....

FEAR NOT is the most repeated command & instruction in all of the Bible. From a governmental perspective is not a common suggestion; but a governmental mandate to its citizens to stay calm; be at ease. You have faithful servants working on behalf of all citizens to restore order, harmony and balance.

FEAR NOT is not a suggestion; or normal rhetoric….

QUESTION: What and who shall we FEAR?

ANSWER: The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the LORD.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Proverbs 9:10

  • When you fear GOD, you hate all evi, if you love evil you do not fear GOD.

The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride, arrogance, the evil way, And the perverted mouth, I hate. Proverbs 8:13

For example: You hate what GOD hates; and love what GOD loves. If GOD hates homosexuality and calls it abomindation because it diminshes His institution of family and marriage between a male-man and female-man;then you will also hate the evil in people. When they attempt to destroy and/or dethrone GOD’s intellectual property.

LOVE VS FEAR

  • Love draws us near to GOD and to love other people-even in their faults, deeds and sins; but when we don't FEAR GOD, we do what we want by defiance, rebellion and on our own merit; or pride.

THE FEAR OF THE LORD leads to a long life and a life of favor upon favor

The fear of the Lord leads to life, So that one may sleep satisfied, untouched by evil. Proverbs 19:23

The fear of the Lord prolongs life, But the years of the wicked will be shortened. Proverbs 10:27

The Lord favors those who fear Him, Those who wait for His faithfulness.Psalm 147:11

He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He will also hear their cry for help and save them. Psalm 145:19

In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, And his children will have refuge. Proverbs 14:26

Fear the Lord, you His saints; For to those who fear Him there is no lack of anything. Psalms 34:9

The Lord tests the righteous and the wicked, And His soul hates one who loves violence. Psalm 11:5

[ Both the righteous and the wicked are tested; but the soul that loves, has faith and hates violence passes the test...GOD is the master teacher who gives us the answers to the test questions. For the LORD’s tests & commandments are not grievous or too hard…}

  • For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome. 1 John 5:3

He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever. Psalm 111:5

Blessedness of the Fear of the Lord.

Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, Who walks in His ways. Psalm 128:1

Wickedness in Ancient Biblical Hebrew is one who goes off the prescribed path by defiance or rebellion; and the when the person REPENTS in Ancient Biblical Hebrew he or she returns to the right path; or the prescribed road-they gain wisdom, knowledge and understanding from their teachers and ancestors; and realize that the path/road is already paved-out for them

THE MILITARY STRATEGY OF A AMBUSH: Ambushes Can Be Defeated & Reversed On Your Enemy & Friend-Enemies…

  • As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. 2 Chronicles 20:22

The iniquities of the wicked ensnare them, and they are caught in the toils of their sin. They die for lack of discipline, and because of their great folly they are lost. Proverbs 5:22-23

[ The wicked will die because of their own ambushments of evil ]...

  • He replied, “Do not be afraid, for there are more with us than there are with them.”  Then Elisha prayed: “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the servant, and he saw; the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. When the Arameans came down against him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, and said, “Strike this people, please, with blindness.” So he struck them with blindness as Elisha had asked. 2 Kings 6:16-18

FEAR NOT is the most repeated command & instruction in all of the Bible. From a governmental perspective.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4

The commercial paper (CP) market, one of the main funding sources for many firms and for providers of credit to individuals. Commercial paper is short-term debt issued primarily by corporations and generally is unsecured. The CP market is an important source of short-term credit for a range of financial and nonfinancial businesses, who may rely on it as an alternative to bank loans—for example, in making payroll or for other short-term funding needs.

The CP market also helps provide credit to individuals through short-term asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP), which finances certain consumer loans such as auto loans or other consumer debt. Municipalities also issue CP for short-term funding needs. Some money market funds (MMFs) are key purchasers of CP, which plays a significant role in this short-term funding market.

  • As of March 31, 2020, about 24% of total CP outstanding was ABCP; 47% of total CP was from financial issuers, and 28% was from non-financial issuers. The total CP market in the United States was $1.092 trillion as of the end of March 2020, though this amount can fluctuate based on market conditions.

  • For a sense of scale, this is roughly 65% of the amount of currency in circulation by the public ($1.73 trillion as of March 9, 2020). The CP market grew rapidly in the 1970s and 1980s in the United States, as a lower-cost alternative to bank loans. A provision in the securities laws allowing for an exemption from more elaborate Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registration requirements for debt securities with maturities of 270 days or less helped fuel this market’s rapid expansion. From 1970 to 1991, outstanding commercial paper grew at an annual rate of 14%. The subsequent growth of securitization, in which loans are packaged into bonds and sold to investors as securities, also fueled a rapid expansion of ABCP.

  • As concerns over the spread of COVID-19 grew, stresses in the CP market became linked to the supply of business credit, putting pressure on banks and heightening the market demand for cash. Such strains on

credit markets can sharply increase borrowing costs for financial and nonfinancial firms. When investment bank Lehman Brothers failed during the 2008 crisis, the cost of borrowing in CP, as measured by the spread for CP borrowing rates over more stable overnight index swap rates, rose by about 200 basis pointer (2%) that week according to the Federal Reserve data.

FEDERAL RESERVE MISSION & CORE PRINCIPLES

What are the Federal Reserve's objectives in conducting monetary policy?

The objectives as mandated by the Congress in the Federal Reserve Act are promoting

  • (1) maximum employment, which means all Americans that want to work are gainfully employed, and

  • (2) stable prices for the goods and services we all purchase. In this way, the Fed’s monetary policy decisions truly affect the financial lives of all Americans—not just the spending decisions we make as consumers, but also the spending decisions of businesses—about what they produce, how many workers they employ, and what investments they make in their operations.

On March 17, the Federal Reserve (Fed) announced that it was establishing a Commercial Paper Funding Facility (CPFF) to support the flow of credit to households and businesses. This facility is backed by funding from the Treasury’s Economic Stabilization Fund. The Fed noted the CPFF was designed to support the CP markets, which “directly finance a wide range of economic activity, supplying credit and funding for auto loans and mortgages as well as liquidity to meet the operational needs of a range of

companies.”

The Fed aims to provide a liquidity backstop to CP issuers by buying both ABCP and regular, unsecured CP of a minimum credit quality from eligible companies. By acting as a buyer of the last resort, the Fed program aims to reduce investors’ risk that CP issuers would not repay them because they became unable to roll over any maturing CP. On March 23, the Fed expanded the CPFF to facilitate the flow of credit to municipalities by including high-quality, tax-exempt commercial paper as eligible securities, and also reduced the pricing of the facility.

“ 18 USC 214: Offer for procurement of Federal Reserve bank loan and discount of commercial paper. Crimes related to Bribery, Graft & Conflict of Interest.

§214. Offer for procurement of Federal Reserve bank loan and discount of commercial paper….” shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

COMMERCIAL PAPER AS A MONEY SUBSTITUTE

Money reduces the costs of market trading in two ways. First, it functions as a medium of exchange. Goods can be exchanged for money and vice versa in multilateral transactions whereas a moneyless society would be forced to rely on a system of bilateral exchange or barter. Furthermore, by functioning as

a medium of exchange money also makes possible efficiencies through productive specialization. An individual's or firm's output of products or services can be exchanged for money which can, in turn, be used to purchase any service or commodity available in the market.  In addition to its service as a medium of exchange, money functions as a store of value. It enables consumers

or firms to set aside income for future consumption or production. An inventory of money can be employed to bridge temporal gaps between receipts and expenditures.

Commercial paper consisted of private written contractual instruments adapted to serve as money substitutes. The simplest form of commercial paper has been employed since the pre Civil War period was the promissory note wherein.a maker agreed to pay a specified sum to a payee. The sum might be payable on demand or at some specified future date. Slightly more complex was the

bill of exchange, or draft.  By this instrument a drawer would order a drawee to pay a specified amount to a payee. The drawer's order bound him to pay if the drawee refused to honor the bill. The drawee could contractually bind himself to honor the bill through the act of acceptance which often consisted of signing the instrument. In theory, though sometimes not in practice, the drawee would be holding funds for or otherwise be indebted to the drawer and hence would be willing to accept the bill.

Either form of commercial paper could and did serve as a money substitute. For example, the payee of a promissory note might transfer the paper to a merchant in payment for a purchase of goods. Actually, the use of commercial paper in antebellum commerce and finance was frequently much more elaborate

than this. The paper often passed through several sets of hands, multiple parties became obligors on the paper, and various agents, banks, and brokers became involved in the papers' handling, discounting, and collection.  However, the point fundamental to this discussion is that commercial paper was an acceptable money substitute because creditors, merchants, and others were willing to do business in reliance upon individuals' and business firms' written promises of payment.

THE HISTORY OF COMMERCIAL PAPER AND ITS HIGH RISKS SHIFTS BACK TO THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER

it is important to realize that commercial paper and negotiability from the perspective of risk and to recognize that, economically speaking, the risk is a cost.' A transferee who acquires commercial paper in payment of a debt or for

goods or services confronts several classes of risks. For the moment, this blog mention has focused on two of them; aka types of high risks: the insolvency risk and the defense risk.  A simple example will help to illustrate the significance of negotiability with respect to these risks.

Suppose A makes a promissory note for $300 payable to the order of B in one month as payment for a shipment of lumber. After receiving possession of the note B indorses and transfers it to C in payment for the current purchase of a wagon. C, in turn, indorses and transfers the note to pay D for a debt previously incurred. D, to the extent that he is looking to A for payment, must be concerned with the possibility that A will not have the $300 necessary to honor the note at the appointed time. Information can help to counteract uncertainty concerning the risk of A's insolvency.

D may seek to reduce his risk by purchasing reports concerning A's financial reliability. But the process of acquiring information is costly in that it can require the expenditure of money and time, both scarce resources. The doctrine of negotiability provided D with a less costly means to reduce the insolvency risk.
