THE SHOFAR: The Sound Of Jubilee & Our Voices Of Triumph-Great Shouts, The Shofar; Decrees, God's Perfect Timing & Victory!

 

  • So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpets, they raised a great shout, and the wall fell down flat, so the people charged straight ahead into the city and captured it. Joshua 6:20


KINGDOM SOUND: For example, when we sneeze, we automatically use our hands to cover the sneeze; likewise, the blowing of the SHOFAR requires the HEARERS of the SHOFAR horn; or horns to reply back with GREAT SHOUTS, GREAT JOY & WITH A GREAT PRAISE. Guess what, ladies & gentlemen, boys & girls, the LORD of Hosts is doing marvelous things on our behalf. Jubilee and victory have been decreed in heaven and declared on earth spontaneously.


THE HOUSE OF JUDAH: To all our African-American ancestors; aka, to the House of Judah; aka, Judah praisers & worshippers. We have a historically and biblical mandate to praise and thank God generationally. Why? because “ He Is Good, His Steadfast Love & Mercy Endureth Forever.”


  • Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of the Lord, is coming, it is near—Joel 2:1


 It was the duty of the trumpeters and singers together to make themselves heard in unison in praise and thanksgiving to the Lord, and when the song was raised, with trumpets and cymbals and other musical instruments, in praise to the Lord,


“For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever,” 2 CChronicles 5:13-14


the house, the house of the Lord, was filled with a cloud, 14 so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.



KINGDOM TIMING & KINGDOM SOUND: The Shofar is the heavenly sound system from heaven to earth; informing the invisible & the visible realms that Yahweh, Our Father Of Lights is present working Miracles, Signs & Wonders in the earth.


From a historical and a biblical perspective, the blowing of the shofar is steeped in governmental, military, and battle readiness with scriptural significances in the old and the new testaments. 


  • The shofar is a heavenly reminder to the hearers upon the earth to wake from our slumber; depression, heavy burdens, and fear; and to listen to the sound of the Kingdom of God fighting our battles for us. 


The hears only prerequisite is to shout back aloud with great joy, or the voice of praise. Because the King of kings, the LORD of lords, and the Great I Am is on the scene fighting all our battles for us; as well as, informing us that the battle is already won


CONCRETELY: The shofar is the horn of an animal which is made of Ram’s horn; aka, in Ancient Biblical Hebrew this is always connected to the time of JUBILEE, VICTORY, THE BATTLE IS ALREADY OWN. 


  • The shofar in the old and new testaments is always surrounded around war, battles, and armed conflicts. The shofar is also called an instrument of war, on the earth; and by Yahweh declares victory over the forces of darkness.

  • The shofar was used by King David and God’s Mighty Men of Valor to wage war against the enemies of Israel and Judah.

  • The blowing of the shofar was blown to commence biblical and heavenly festivals such as the beginning of the Sabbath Rest, and in the temple-to Rest in the LORD’s house of prayer; or as God instructed. In fact, the seven feasts of the old and new testaments were commenced with the blowing of the shofar. 


The blowing of the shofar can be an announcement and/or governmental or a heavenly declaration by God; such as our US Presidents ‘Stae of the Union.” God’s shoar is a heavenly declaration to the nations, or in plain English an address to the ‘ State of Global Nations. But when God speaks, the heavens and the earth come into existence; and what God says; it comes into life spontaneously. 


BIBLICAL SIGNAFIACNES OF THE SHOFAR: The Sound Of Jubilee & the Sound Of Victory….


Then you shall have the trumpet sounded loud; on the tenth day of the seventh month—on the Day of Atonement—you shall have the trumpet sounded throughout all your land. 10 And you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and you shall proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you: you shall return, every one of you, to your property and every one of you to your family. 11 That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee for you: you shall not sow or reap the aftergrowth or harvest the unpruned vines. 12 For it is a Jubilee; it shall be holy to you: you shall eat only what the field itself produces. Leviticus 25:9-13


  • “In this year of Jubilee, you shall return, every one of you, to your property.


O Lord, our Sovereign, how majestic is your name in all the earth!You have set your glory above the heavens. Out of the mouths of babes and infants you have founded a bulwark because of your foes,   to silence the enemy and the avenger. When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers,  the moon and the stars that you have established; Psalm 8:1-3


  • On the seventh day they rose early, at dawn, and marched around the city in the same manner seven times. It was only on that day that they marched around the city seven times.  And at the seventh time, when the priests had blown the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, “Shout! For the Lord has given you the city. The city and all that is in it shall be devoted to the Lord for destruction. Only Rahab the prostitute and all who are with her in her house shall live because she hid the messengers we sent. Joshua 6:15-17


REMEMBER, ABRAHAM, ISAAC & JACOB & KING DAVID WERE HEBREWS-NOT JEWS. GOD IS THE GOD OF ALL MANKIND. 


  • For example,  a naturalized citizen, a foreign citizen, a citizen of natural birth; or a citizen by blood are all called US citizens.  


EACH CITIZEN'S STATUS AND/OR CLASSIFICATION ARE NOT ALL EQUAL, SOME CITIZENS HAVE A INHERITANCE CLAUSE. BUT ALL HAVE A CHANCE & OPPORTUNITY TO BE SEATED TOGETHER AS “AMERICAN CITIZENS.” 


  • Because of grace, the stranger and/or foreigner is engrafted and/or adopted into the citizenry of the flock; aka, all are now called Americans. The only prerequisite is faithfulness & loyalty to the United States Constitution and to “In God We Trust.”  We are all now called a collective body of families labeled as ‘Americans.” 


  • For example, everybody can’t be first; or second, but you can be NEXT.

The  Price of Greatness & the Price Of Glory Is Cost & Price Of That Greatness & Glory.  


They said to Him, “Grant that we may sit, one on Your right and one on Your left, in Your glory.”  But Jesus said to them, “You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?” They said to Him, “We are able.” And Jesus said to them, “The cup that I drink you shall drink, and you shall be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized. But to sit on My right or on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it has been prepared.” Mark 10:37-40
