Can Public-Private Foundations Be Conduits For Crime, Corruption & Tax Avoidance? How Trumpworld Uses Foundations For Fraud

TRUMPWORLD CRIMINAL, CIVIL & TAX AVOIDANCE SCHEMES ARE AUTHORIZED BY PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS FUNDS

WHITE PRIVILEGE & WHITE SUPREMACY FACT: During the Presidential debate Donald J. Trump & Hillary R. Clinton are role playing that they hate each other; however, at night Mr. Trump and Mrs. Hillary R. Clinton are laughing together at a private foundation dinner where the plates cost $100,000 to attend.

• Donald J. Trump, FPOTS owes the German Deutsche bank over $340 million dollars. Now Trump is German and uses his Germanic heritage to invoke racial strife and racial riots in Virginia; specifically in his campaign speeches; including using Nazi rhetoric to raise “Nazi Propaganda” funds. Just as Adolf Hiter did in the 1930-the 40s.

• The German Deutsche bank is cooperating with the NYAG investigations and for what reasons? The German Deutsche bank can write Mr. Trump's bad debts & obligations off as other banks do. Why is the German bank helping an American NYAG? Is the bank in other legal, civil and criminal activities of the Trump Org., or foundation?

According to the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, the German Deutsche bank has loaned former POTUS and his family, Trump foundations over $2.5 billion, although Mr. Trump claims, he has paid most of the loans back. Now, the German stadium with the German symbol was built with a 1.6 billion fund from the AMB Group. The AMB Group is a front name for German operations in America. The AMB was appointed to US operations by Germans; aka, non-Americans.

• The German bank was founded in 1870 in Prussia [ Germany] in unifying the German empire. The bank's initial mission was to compete with London, England ‘London City’ in international trade. Its first foreign branch was named the German Bank of London,” this is why the Germans were able to manipulate the British pounds had and first-hand knowledge of the British financial system. 

The Deutsche bank got most of its business from Jewish business owners in Germany. Remember, German Jews are not real Jews of, the bible; but self-proclaimed Jews. In fact, one main reasons and rise of Adolf Hitler was his hatred for German Jews who operated all of the businesses'; but did not serve in the government and/or military forces. In fact, this happen during the American Civil War, General U. Grant accused the German Jews of playing both sides in the South/ German Jews who had migrated from Germany to America refused to serve in the military or wartime efforts. Mr. Trump’s grandfather was refused re-entry into Germany for refusing to serve and die for his or her beliefs. 

• By the 1930s the German Deucshe bank was being run by the Nazi regime in Berlin, Germany. Historians has criticized the German bank for its gold transactions in both  World War I and World War II wars, the German bank is historically renowned for funneling money to start and fund German war efforts by using evil ‘financial’ tactics. 

Question: When Trump says: “Let's Make America Great Again,” is this Nazi rhetoric or what. Because in Atlanta, Georgia, the Atlanta Falcons football team is called the Mercedes Benz Stadium. It’s a German brand with a German copyright protection symbol.

The bank was robbed because the founder and the bank’s director made their money during the Nazi regime by selling arms to both the American Allied forces and the Nazi regime. I wonder if there are any war crime victims and/or Holocaust survivors that could validate the Inside Man’s true script. 

PERPETUAL CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY THE TRUMP FOUNDATION: The NYAG Letitia James (D) just sued former POTUS again the Trump Foundation and his children in state court this month [ Sep 22] The NYAG evidence suggests that after a years-long civil investigation into the Trump Organization’s financial dealings, state investigators found that the Trump Foundation; and his associates have continued their criminal activities in a “repeated and persistent” manner where acts of fraud have been found dating back from 2001 to present.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, or FINRA, took action against one of Deutsche banks brokers. The broker is not with the bank anymore, but the broker did open the windows of heaven into how foreign banks manipulate the American economy. Mr. Clayborn has been always fond of FINRA”s job of informing the American public about their personal and corporate investments, and fighting against fraud. • The Trump Foundation and his associates allegedly repeatedly inflated assets to obtain more favorable business deals and to inflate his own net worth, the lawsuit alleges, claiming there were “more than 200 false and misleading valuations of assets” over the course of 10 years, including for his current apartment at Trump Tower and his Mar-A-Lago estate in Florida.

• The NYAG team alleges Trump and his associates’ ongoing conduct violated both civil and “a host of” criminal state laws related to fraud and issuing false financial statements and business records.

• The NYAG lawsuit asks the court to cancel all certificates for Trump’s foundations, businesses, impose more oversight on the Trump Organization and bar Trump from engaging in any commercial real estate acquisitions for five years, block him and his children from serving as officers or directors in any New York business and force the Trump Foundation to pay an approximately $250 million fine, among other penalties.

• “ The NYAG investigation revealed that Trump Org., engaged in years and decades of illegal conduct to inflate his net worth, to deceive banks and the people of the great state of New York,” James said Wednesday. “Claiming you have money that you do not have does not amount to the art of the deal. It’s the art of the steal.”

LEGAL FACT: Public & Private Foundations are created and run by lawyers and/or charitable organizations-not the U.S. Congress.

TRUMP DEFRAUDING VETERANS: Around November 7, 2019, a State judge awarded damages to ‘Veteran” nonprofit groups who accused the former president of misusing money raised by the Donald J. Trump Foundation that, paid off his personal, and business debts of one of his hotels.

GOV’T REMEDY: Why is New York Attorney L. James suing the Trump Foundation for fraud and for additional 250 million dollars? After the Senate Oversight committee has received evidence and documentation that the Trump Foundation submitted false, fraudulent, and/or from the General Services Administration-a federal agency that Trump Foundation submitted a gov’t bid for real estate holdings to obtain gov’t buildings and real estate leases that were based upon false square foolable estimations. 

FOREIGN CORRUPT PRACTICES ACT: The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977

The FCPA was enacted for the purpose of making it unlawful for certain classes of persons and entities to make payments to foreign government officials to assist in obtaining or retaining business. 

• The FCPA prohibits the willful use of the mails or any means of instrumentality of interstate commerce corruptly in furtherance of any offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment of money or anything of value to any person, while knowing that all or a portion of such money or thing of value will be offered, given or promised, directly or indirectly, to a foreign official to influence the foreign official in his or her official capacity.

The FCPA also requires all companies whose securities are listed in the United States to meet governmental approved accounting provisions.

• The former POTUS Donald J. Trump was a part of the Executive Branch, branch. Mr. Trump is claiming “Executive Privilege” as a former employee/official.

• An official appointed by the President may receive no outside earned income - Executive Order 12674.

• A former government employee is prohibited from representing someone else before the government on a particular matter involving specific parties in which he participated personally and substantially while working for the government and in which the U.S. is a party or has a substantial interest - 18 U.S.C. § 207(a)(1).
